street noise unresponsive staff
The room faced the street, so noise was pretty bad, even for a new yorker like me. i heard bar crowds and what sounded like someone dismantling a car every night. the room was stuffy, so i needed the window open, that increased the noise problem. i put a do not disturb sign out but they called to ask if i wanted the room cleaned!

Tranquil Escape
garden beauty daily retreat local eateries restful nights
I adored the garden's beauty, it became a daily retreat. The staff greeted me each morning, their kindness started the day well. I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, it allowed for restful nights. The proximity to local eateries made dining simple, a true convenience.
The elevator seemed a little slow at times, i found myself waiting bit longer than expected.

The room had very comfortable beds, good after long days. The bathroom included fluffy towels. It featured a spacious shower stall, a true luxury, and offered plenty of room to refresh and rejuvenate.

The breakfast was very good. They provided various options. The staff was attentive. They readily addressed my requests. The gardens impressed me. They featured blooming jasmine.

food assortment comfortable beds wonderful staff
The breakfast buffet provided a wide assortment of food. I found the beds to be VERY comfortable. The staff WAS wonderful and attentive to our needs.
The air conditioning seemed ineffective, making it difficult to regulate the room temperature.
